To the Editor:

Does any person or organization lay claim to the wooden birds that are being bolted to some traffic signs, poles and trees in the area? It started with a big question mark that was bolted to a traffic sign on Walker Road. Then I started seeing wooden birds all over the area, mostly cardinals, bluebirds and finches. It's cute, but what is the purpose or message?
