Junior Achievement of Greater Washington seeks participants in a three-day experiential learning camp on Aug. 8 to 10 at the JA Finance Park in Fairfax. The summit is open to youths entering grades 9-12 this fall.
The summit is designed to encourage participants to develop creative solutions. Over the course of three days, students will be presented with a problem and will work in teams to develop solutions that they will ultimately pitch Shark Tank-style to a panel of Greater Washington business leaders.
Throughout the summit, students will participate in mini-workshops and challenges that develop both technical skills and soft skills to prepare them to meet the demands of a rapidly changing economy in a variety of professions and careers.
