The Keller Williams Realty Brokerage in McLean/Great Falls Sets a New Record

The Keller Williams Realty brokerage in McLean/Great Falls has set a new record for sharing its profits with agents. They gave back over $500,000. “We are so thrilled and proud to say that our office shared over half a million dollars of its owners’ profit with our agents in 2016 setting a new record, not only for our office, but for all of Keller Williams in Virginia and West Virginia,” said Amina Basic, Team Leader for Keller Williams in McLean. “This money came out of the pockets of our owners as appreciation to those of our agents who have helped to make us grow.” Keller Williams closes its books each month and determines its net profit. It then gives back nearly 50 percent of those profits to its agents who introduced new or transferring agents to the office. The Keller Williams office in McLean launched in April 2008 during the start of the great recession. Today, it has more than 350 agents making it one of the largest single brokerage offices in the greater metro area, all in less than 10 years. “It’s all about our amazing agents,” said Basic. “Now, we have set our goal to profit share over a million dollars in a single year. And we can do it. We thank all of our clients for putting their trust in us. The absolute best part is that we give back to the community every single year. Last year we did our annual golf tournament and raised over $46,000 for the leukemia lymphoma society. Together everyone achieves more."
