Looking for someone who ICE might be detaining? / Here are two options.
According to its website , U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detains individuals as necessary, including guaranteeing their presence in immigration processes and departure from the United States. ICE also detains those whom a supervisor judges to be a public safety or flight risk. On occasion, ICE erroneously detains citizens in its sweeps.
Are you looking for someone from Fairfax County? Consider contacting the federal elected officialsl who represent the individual: Senator Tim Kaine (D), Senator Mark Warner (D), Representative Don Beyer (D-8th District), Representative Suhas Subramanyam (D-10th District), and Representative Gerry Connolly (D-11th District) or their state elected officials in the Senate of Virginia and House of Delegates.

As a second option, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement offers an Online Detainee Locator System to locate a detainee who is currently in ICE custody or who has been in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s custody for more than 48 hours.  Learn more at https://locator.ice.gov/odls/#/search.
