Paul Dell: Petitioner Dell is the captain of Langley's Science Bowl team, and active on the school's Science Olympiad and Scholastic Bowl team. He is a teacher's assistant in AP Chemistry and plays flute and piccolo. Dell plans on majoring in biochemistry, with a double minor in organic chemistry and neuroscience. He has no interest in pursuing law. "I'm a science kid," he said.
