The county’s Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on a redevelopment proposal for Brooks Farm, a 52-acre site off Springvale Road on Jan. 21. GFCA is scheduled to hold a meeting on Jan. 19 to hear the developer’s changes to its plan.
